Future Financial have developed some easy-to-use online calculators to assist people in obtaining estimates on various aspects of loans. The different calculators that can be found are:

• How Much Can I Borrow - this calculator helps you to determine the approximate amount of money that you can borrow based on your annual income, your deposit amount and the term of the loan.

• Budgeting Calculator - this allows you to enter your monthly incomes and then your monthly expenses. Using these values it calculates the amount of money in surplus that you have available at the end of each month.

• Line of Credit Savings Calculator - using this calculator you can determine how much money and time you will be able to save by using a Line of Credit loan. By entering in such information as the loan amount, interest rate, loan term, income and the number of adults and children, the calculator will forecast the approximate amount and time period you will be able to save off your loan.

• Stamp Duty - this information can be used to establish the amount you will be required to pay based on the loan amount and the property value.
