Not so good credit history?
If you have a chequered credit history, which lets face it can happen to the best of us, it doesn't mean that finance options aren't available to you.
At Future Financial we have access to Lenders who understand the challenges that life can sometimes throw at us but that doesn’t mean you have to go without.
We will consider applications with credit impairments such as arrears, bankruptcy, defaults, judgements and more.
Interest rates will be determined by the level of credit impairment and are usually higher for the first few years however, should a good repayment history be shown you may be eligible for a rate reduction.
We can look to provide funds for the following reasons:-
RPurchase
RRefinance
RDebt Consolidation
We can even look to lend up to 85% of the value of your property which gives you more options and flexibility with your lending such as being able to consolidate all your loans into one to help make your finances easier to manage.
Clients who can show they are making a conscious effort to meet repayments on their existing debts have more of a chance of gaining finance approval than those who simply do not attempt to make any repayments.
Although you may not have been able to meet the repayments in full, by making payments when you can shows the Lender that you take your finances seriously and are of good character.
Those who make no attempt at all to keep up with repayments on existing debts makes the Lender ask the question; 'If repayments aren’t being made now, why would they be with a new loan? What has changed?'
This can be for various reasons such as unemployment, illness etc. The important thing to remember is that making some sort of payment is better than none at all.
