Sometimes the loans available in the mainstream don't match your needs which can be for a variety of reasons.

In some instances a short term solution may be a better option with the view to move onto a more long term loan after a certain amount of time.

This can be for a variety of reasons such as adverse credit history on your Credit Report which may be due to drop off but you may want to purchase a property today to obtain the best deal you can on the purchase price with the view to refinance out to a longer term loan once your Credit Report is clear at a lower interest rate.

For example:-
Clients with an adverse history on their credit report with those due to drop off in the near future, eg: 2yrs. Clients can take out a 2year term & refinance to a Prime Lender at the end of and incur no Early Repayment Fees.


You may be self employed with an ABN for 12 months and are in a similar situation to that above and are looking for finance to tie you over until your ABN reaches 2 years when you will be able to refinance out to a main stream lender at a lower interest rate.

For example:-
Self employed applicants with no ABN or GST or have held ABN for less than 2years (for this example, 12months). 
Clients can in this instance take out a 12 month term & refinance to a Prime Lender at the end of the 12 months with a 2yr ABN and incur no Early Repayment Fee.
