Interest is calculated daily on your loan facility & charged at the end of every month, therefore some months you will be charged for 30 days interest & 31 days in other months. Sundays and public holidays can also impact the amount of monthly interest if they coincide with the date your interest is normally calculated on.
What is a Certificate of Currency?
It is a document issued by your insurer outlining the home insurance policy you have taken, or will be taking, over the security property. If the security property is governed by a body corporate, the certificate of currency will be for the insurance policy the body corporate has taken out over the entire complex. In this instance, the body corporate will need to be contacted to obtain a certificate of currency.
